When Are You Open?
We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our opening hours are 10 am to 4 pm. We are closed all day on Tuesdays.
Do We Need To Bring Anything?
We supply helmets but would prefer that you bring your own. Please wear sensible footwear suitable for cycling. Rain gear could also be helpful as we are situated on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains.
What happens If I Bring the Bikes Back Later
We have a £20 penalty for bikes that are returned late.
What is The Minimum Age for Booking A Bike?
By law, the minimum age is 14. We do not hire our bikes to those under 18 unless an adult accompanies them.
Is There Car Parking?
The central town car park is behind the Neuadd Arms Hotel, right next to the bike storage units.
How Many Miles Will The Batteries Last?
It is difficult to estimate as it depends on how much motor assistance you use. If you keep on Eco mode, then the batteries will last approximately 40 miles.
How Long Can I Book the Bikes Out For?
Our opening hours are 10 am to 4 pm. You can book the bikes for longer by arrangement, but there would be an extra charge.
What Happens If I Get A Puncture or Breakdown?
We supply repair kits with all bikes. If you have a complete mechanical breakdown, we will supply an emergency phone number for you to call for help. Please be aware that the phone signal is weak in the hills above Llanwrtyd Wells
